I really need your help on this one guys
So I'm entering 
's contest with Sailor Capricorn and I really need to know, does this look capricorny to you? Should I change the hair? I just don't know >_< I tried to make the colours balanced but is there too much/too little of something?
I wanted to do something completely different so I designed my own Sailor Uniform to look really different from the original senshi, but still be recognizable. I also hope I meet his requirements for it as well.
And oh gosh I also hope he doesn't mind me asking my watchers for advice. I hope that's not cheating or anything

Overall
Vision Originality Technique ImpactYou should tone it done just a bit. The fur and the extra skirt takes away from the overall outfit. If there's too much going on in a picture it will look crowded and less pleasing to the eye. As for the colors, it looks like there's too much of the same shade. Capricorn's color is "supposedly" brown and that darker colors are associated with this astrological sign. Mabye you could incorporate some darker colors to contrast with the lighter colors.
