So I almost had this completely done a while ago right before the computer broke. It was incredibly frustrating as I tried something kinda experimental with this one and just couldn't get the same result when I tried to colour it again v_v So yeah I was trying to do something almost completely with gradients and vectors, but I wanted it to look very clean and still painting-like. I hope it worked

Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactOk let me be the first to say : OUTSTANDING! The ORG is very nice also. Ok I will point out the points.
The Hair: Colors go very well together the shading is done perfectly the waves and twirls flow nicely
The Body: Yet again nice tone great shading. I dig the rosy cheeks and the star is very kawaii!! that Shoulder is a bit eye catching it looks kinda like bony maybe too small? or the thick edge. Also is her mouth open or is it supposed to show white?
Lay Eye: Arrrr Matie( just being silly) it is very overwhelming as to say "Come to Me" Me like!
the only thing I would say would make it even MORE KICK BUTT is:
The Perle Bead things would look more like Perls if the had a two tone like a small amount of shading or opaqueness(see threw) and the Dolphin would look cool if it looked like a jelly like Charm, ya know what I mean?
Over all the jewels looking more real other than paint.
and the BG(background) Her standing floating in some water would be nice like a mermaid
I know once you get 2-3 hours on one art it can be overwhelming to get every little detail and not to mention your hard hurts. if ya use tablet,
Overall I like it and Neptune is always Smexy
OH you know what a mirror image of Uranus would be cool too just a random thought that just popped into my head lol
