Phew. First time animating and second time pixeling. I worked on this on and off for weeks mostly because I absolutely could not seem to get it right

Originality Technique ImpactThis is a very cute avatar and my only real suggestions for it would be to add more details in her hair and slow down the animation in the eyes.
Use the darker outline color to create one or two single detail hairs down her pigtails, and buns (odango's, which ever). This will make her hair flow a lot more, and make the ponytails look less like just columns. Although they do look fine if you recognize the character right away.
I also suggest slowing down the animation on the eyes a tad. The blinking is fine. Giving more time between blinks would help a lot. I'm not even sure there is 1 second in there.
Impact is great. When I clicked on it I was praying it was for free use because I'd love to use it. It screams cute, and works really well for the Sailor Moon/ Neo Queen Serenity character.
