 's OC. I thought she was incredibly cute so I decided to draw her Plus I think Pikiru's been kinda down lately so hey, anything to brighten someone's day and oh the opportunity for super duper pastels *_*To quote Pikiru's journal: "Name: Piri Sweet but noisy, she loves singing. She is considered a "handicap" due to her wings being on her head. She cannot fly. She loves water but cannot swim; so she always carries around her blue swimming tube. Loves to sing, she was named after the Korean word "Piri" which means musical instrument." Comments Oooo so cute
