Eternal Sailor Moon Chibi

So... I drew this about two years ago and never finished it for whatever lame reason xD The lines were all prepared already so I went what the heck and colored it. I think my coloring has improved a lot since two years ago... well I'd hope it did. But pardon me if this blinds anyone. I swear I think my monitor is darker than most computers. I figure it'll appease some of the people who watch me specifically for Sailor Moon art which I haven't done in a very long time
